Purchased an ecoflow delta 2 max and i received 2 power banks as a free gift! One of the powerbanks arrived damaged. The ecoflow team was quick to respond. I was requested to send the damaged powerbank back and i received a new, undamaged one not long after. Very efficient and kind customer service team. Very happy with my purchase and the aftercare.
