My first (and probably last) experience with TOMTOP: Ordered battery for DJI drone. In 5 weeks TOMTOP wasn't able to give any tracking number for the order, nor reacted anyhow to my question about the product on their non-functional support chat nor answer to several of my emails. Problem solved by resolve the problem through the PayPal resolve center (again with not a single response from the shop representatives). In the end, I have last my money back (thanks to PayPal customer protection).
