Zebra Tech fulfiment
I bought 2 Zebra Tech printer licences via the Zebra website. It was unclear at the time that I was actually buying from FastSpring (as opposed to FastSpring just being the payment processor, like worldpay), so when I needed a refund Zebra were really unhelpful. My confusion was compounded by the fact that the FastSpring website states to contact the vendor for refunds, not them. Anyway, I found a customer support email for FastSpring and within 12 hours it was all sorted out. I honestly thought it was going to be impossible to get a refund, but the speed and efficiency of the team in sorting it out for me was impressive.
