Bluetti have no customer service skills
Purchased a BLUETTI power station via decathlon as BLUETTI are a partner of them. I wasn’t happy with the duration of the power that it gave me for a small item so I decided to return. Apparently even though I purchased from decathlon direct I cannot return to a store which is ridiculous, if I purchased something from say Waitrose I can return to John Lewis and vice versa. It is then their responsibility to sort how the item gets returned to the correct store. So, I had to arrange for it to be shipped back. I waited around 9 days just to receive a label, and I am now waiting for the refund after it being confirmed as returned 5 days ago!!
