Poor Customer service
Appalling service, send now 4/5 emails, no response, send me goods with someone else's makeup all over, no labels, and a coat that looked like it was from the 2nd hand shop, 11 days to arrive, 2 weeks to answer my email about the faulty goods and send send them back but no information on how to and will not answer me since, shocking a big name company operate this way, they are going under.
