Absolutely incredible customer service
Absolutely incredible customer service. The garments are very pretty as well, but it's the customer service where Empress Mimi really shines. It's almost unbelievable to me that in this day and age, you will consistently hear back from the same customer service agent - and they will truly listen to you and support you in your needs. So a particular shout-out to Jezza for all her help and support.
