Not worth the money, dont buy from them
Scooter was fine untill round 18 months old. Now it is unuseable, all it does is beep and flashes the screen. I checked for loose wires, loose connections anything obvious. could not find anything I contacted customer support giving deails of what was happening. Recieved an automatic responsE stating they would be in touch with 3 to 4 days. After 2 weeks of nothing I contacted them again. 3 days later they replied asking for details of the issue and photos and a short movie. I replied immediately. A week later i git a response - asking me to check for loose connections. I replied letting them know I had already done this. Its now been 5 weeks . I have contacted them twice and nothing. I ordered a replacement throttle and replaced that, but that made no difference. I have a unuseable scooter and a child who is crying because His scooter is broken. I paid a lot more for this scooter because it was supposed to be quality and had a warranty. Turms out I was wrong and was ripped off. Should have bought a cheap one elsewhere, At least I would have had the money to replace it. Any help at all form this company would have been nice. I just feel they took mt money gave me shoddy goods and used time wasting tactics until the 2 year warranty was up. I notice that have now changed the terms and conditions of the warranty on their website to favour themselves even more.
