I ordered an item (a drone) which unfortunately was not on store and a supplier was unable to tell the next delivery date. After contacting a customer service from TomTop site I got fast reply asking about the best solution for me. As the supplier could not provide us with any date I received full amount into my PayPal account without any troubles.
