Nonexistent customer service
I bought ten lock cylinder protection caps from etrailer that turned out to not meet my needs. I tried to contact them about 6 times by calling the number they provided on the package, but they never answered. I sent them an email about this matter using the email they provided on the package, but they never answered. While they have good reviews on Trustpilot, they are NOT a company I'll ever do business with again.
