Outstanding experience
Outstanding experience! I had been Rolex shopping for a while and visited many places in the Diamond District, including some of the well-known, social-media-popular shops. Being new to the luxury watch game, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The professionalism and promptness Rodney showed were truly unmatched. Communication was always timely and clear, and I couldn’t be happier with my Rolex. It was sent in pristine, secure condition. The entire transaction was smooth, fast, and extremely professional. I would recommend Rodney to anyone without hesitation.
