First time using the Groom room - disappointed
First time using the Groom room. Booked online, paid the deposit as required and took my dog in. Quick discussion on my dogs health / issues etc and where they tried to upsell some additional shampoo etc which was declined. Given a form to sign, fair enough, i didn't read it all. Came back, price had been hiked, guess what, Shampoo had been added!. After a long back and forth with head office, it seems this was the 'Spa' shampoo that was added to the service without my knowledge or agreement. So, watch out for the sharp practices of adding additional things you really didn't request and indeed declined.
