First Class Customer Service Support
This was my first exposure with the Manscaped brand. I had inadvertently entered the incorrect delivery address, so I contacted the customer services. The very rapid reply I received allayed my concerns and they informed me that they could not redirect the order but would send a replacement to the correct address. This alleviated my stress levels instantly. My initial feeling was that I had a lot back and forth emails to look forward to before my issue could be resolved. Manscaped have exceeded my expectations with customer relations. I am still to try out my Lawnmower device so will be giving my reviews once I have had the full Manscape experience.
