Fair Product but Excellent Customer support.
I purchase couple of Android device and comparing with traditional computing Cashier machine. Product Review At the end of 2020 in Dubai, I purchased POS Terminal Sunmi T2mini connected with Cashier Drawer . In general the product serve it purposes with the software for POS it work flawlessly however do not use the device as storage as it delay the work, we change strategy to store all data on the cloud the device work flawless from hardware processor display it even has Sim card connected to credit card but I have not use them yet. But integrated drawer, printer and other bluetooth display function work well. After about 5 months of use, I realise that the printer on T2 mini has slight flaws in couple of lines which makes reading not very clear (temporarily disable the builtin printer and connected with portable printer), then requires cleaning but not very helpful, when I check the thermal printer good brand "Seiko" but not sure why it has short lifetime compare to my other portable cheap stand alone mini portable thermal printer. Support From Customer support in MidEast (Harsit), openly discuss and refered to customer support in Shanghai, China (Vern and Congwang) also after sales Maitrox(Tracy). They are all helpfull from servicing until sending me replacement of the part. The star rating I gave is higher to the Customer and product support, so you will not be left alone dumping your product even its couple of months. Keep up your good Support. Product and Customer Support Deserve 5* rating. Foretunately the product support is being subcontracted to another company and i only received after 1 month, but they send me 2 spare printer head. thank you
