I booked hotel room for my family
I booked hotel room for my family. And paid for it trough paypal 2 days before arrival. O the day arrived to hotel. Hotel staff find booking but there was no payment from Agoda. And outstanding payment pending. It was £75 wen trough Agoda they offered it for £62.99. This sum was taken from my paypal and then credit card 2 days before. They replay. Agoda get in touch whit hotel. Hotel confirmed that i was there and paid my self. Then Agoda ask for a proof off payment. I send receipt. They confirm that got it. Hotel confirmed today they newer paid to hotel. Last night received email from Agoda stating about issuing refund off £75. Final word. Finaly god sorted. Agoda refund the sum i paid in hotel on arival. Not the amount they charged. So respect off that. There was hassle but maybe unlucky me. Now is sorted. Thanks Agoda. May try you in future and hope this time will all good
