Pair customer support has always been and continues to be excellent in resolving issues quickly and being technically accurate. On this latest issue I had, sending email from my server, I thought was a configuration problem resulting from a recent account move. With Dominic's (pair technical support analyst) help, I was able to isolate the problem. It turned out the problem was in one of my perl scripts. Thank you pair!

On my latest support request tech support analyst Devin provided me with excellent technical details about the problem I was having and what the performance limits placed on accounts on shared servers are.
