The Pair tech staff were great

The Pair tech staff were great - but it seems the process cost us thousands of dollars. It took 9 days from our first call til the issue was resolved. I know Pair had an unprecedented hits last Tuesday or so so we got pushed back - and that was ok - but it took so much back and forth to create the approval process to recover one small staging back up. Your normal backup process is amazing but until this I did not know there was NO process to let us recover a staging server. I would offer to ADD this - backup LIVE? yes if active back up STAGING? YES1

OMG. Get better SPAM filtering. PLEASE!!!

OMG. Your spam filtering is so totally the worst. You are using freeware. Please let me pay for something that approximates real intelligent spam detection. Your freeware simply does not work. Also it’s ridiculous that I had to ask this question three (3) times. Do better.

Slow response

I emailed them a request for support after I found the site they host for me had been down for at least six hours (according to when they'd sent an email alert about emergency maintenance), logins to their account control panel / support were timing out, and they weren't answering their tech support phone number. I didn't receive a real (non-automated) reply from them until they emailed me nearly 6 hours later--4 hours after I'd already emailed them a follow-up to say that the site had just come back online so they could feel free to cancel the support request. I was not impressed by the level of support.

I was concerned about the renewal of my domain and could not remember if I paid it through PAIR or HOVER. I reached out to PAIR customer service to clarify, as it seems I get multiple renewal notifications each year. It took three emails for me to be clear, to be sure, and the response was timely and assuring, good customer communications.
