Delivered my order to wrong house, I made a complaint and they said: Thanks for sending us an email. We apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured that we will file a report and forward it to our backend dept for further investigation. Once we receive an update, we will get in touch with you. Nothing in 2 weeks so I contacted again but I got same response.
