This is worst shipping company ever. I honestly don't know why and how they are still operating. Their customer services is the most horrible service ever. So rude and dismissive. So, a wrong package was delivered to my door. When I called that I got a wrong package instead of my own, the customer support lady was so rude. She didn't want to listen to me. She kept on saying that my package was delivered. I tried to tell her to even check the pictures of the package that was not my address and name. But she ended dropping the call on me. I never insulted her, I was not raising my voice. She just decided that she does not want to help me. Interestingly enough, I tired calling again and it was her again behaving the same. Then when I called later, I spoke to a guy who was just as rude and dismissive as that lady. This was 48 hours later. So I guess I should forget about my package. I am so disappointed and sad. I hope none of my future packages get shipped via this terrible company.
I had my package delivered to the wrong address. I called that day as the picture their currier supplied was not my address and was not even the right building. No one has called me back to discuss this.

Delivery in Leduc,AB. Said my parcel would be delivered before 9pm. Its an apartment building, but driver had contact info. Didn't use it, no system update, so I had no idea they were at the door. OK, so I emailed Straightship with instructions- again. The day my item was supposedly out again, I called, got hung up on, and then find out they sent my item back to sender. I will never use a seller that uses this company.

Okay here it goes. I ordered a package from Temu for my aunt who was travelling back to St. Lucia few months ago. The package was ordered on August 6th and was going to be delievered to my house between August 13th to August 17th through that stupid company Straightship. I’d track down the package on Temu and it arrived in Toronto the day it was supposed to delivered to my house. On that day, the package was sitting on customs. Days later, that package has not arrive to my house for my aunt. So, I called StraightShip, they said that the order was not at the wear house. So, I contacted Temu, even thought the customer service was nice, they offered me a $5.00 credit which I really do not want. One week later, the package still did not show up. I called again StraightShip again…same story. Then I called Temu again…same story. Weeks later, my aunt been asking me if my package arrived. I told her no. She thinks that I did not order it. I told her many times that I had been tracking it that that the package was in customs. Then comes September, the package still has not arrived. Still sitting in customs. Still, called StraightShip and Temu. Same outcome. A month and a half later, I checked on Temu again and it said “Delivery Failure.” Meaning that the package, that was about $110, sent back to Temu. I was like, this is ridiculous. I called StraightShip many times when my aunts' package was in escalation. They did not resolve anything. Been calling them to see what was going on…. NOTHING. No feedback, no callback, no nothing. Now we are in October, 2 MONTHS LATER, the package still has not arrived. My aunt has not spoken to me because she is mad at me for her package had not arrived and I blame StraightShip for it. Their customer service is horrible and could not give me a straight up answer nor being truthful into what happen to her package. Temu should take off StraightShip for delivery options IMMEDIATELY. I read enough reviews about StraightShip and most people are in the same boat as me. Honestly and true, I would NOT recommend StraightShip on anyone. Why you ask? Because your package would either be still on customs, refuse to deliver, shipped back to the wear house, stolen, or customer service are plain lazy. I wish I would rate a zero. But one star will do.

Can't deliver at promise dates, cant find items when questioned. Or loses items and just say they will investigate nothing but run around when one goes looking for items. Drivers lie about not doing the delivers saying " business was closed cant deliver " when its a private home and yard. This company needs to be shut down
The driver came to my address and took a picture of my house address and then the package, supposedly on my driveway, Saying it was delivered. The picture of the package of my driveway is not my driveway or anybody's in my entire neighborhood we'll have old driveways and it's a brand new driver with swirlies in it. So the driver stole my package and now straight ship is not answering my call!!????? I've called 2 times in a row waiting on hold for 30mins each time, after them saying 10mins and then got to my time and they said mail box is full and hung up on me?? I was on hold for customer service, so what mailbox are they talking about??
I got through finally this is the second time I called and reported the driver for stealing my package and the said the first report was not on my file, so they have lying stealing drivers and lying customer service people as well.
If I could put a negative star I would. Driver LIED about delivering package. Claimed package was delivered to the correct address/town, however picture is from a different TOWN. Complete with that locations address. Package is no where to be found. Disgusting and unprofessional.
Didn’t even attempt to deliver; claim the package is damaged after being out for delivery. I told them that was fine, it’s a piece of metal inside, you can throw it off the roof and it will be fine just please deliver, they told me “there is no one to help you it’s already back to the seller”, I explained that is not physically possible to get it to the other side of the country in 3 hours and that I want it delivered. The agent said “there is no one to help you, send an email” and hung up on me. The items I ordered are not available anymore and were on sale, so I am just out of luck. It’s very frustrating and I won’t be ordering from any business that uses straightship. This company needs to be shut down. BBB complaints do nothing. This company is a scam.
I never saw the product I ordered. They 'delivered' the package by throwing it in front of my door, at my house in a big city when I was not a home. My neighbour has seen it but after a moment it was gone. Very likely it was taken by a passenger on the street (a thief). You have to file a case at StraightShip of which the latter never responded.
The problem was never solved because 'according to the tracking information, the package has been marked as delivered by the courier.' Really? Apparently, they have a very broad interpretation of what delivery actually means.
StraightShip is not worth their name and an absolute shitshow.
This company should not be in business everytime I have purchase something and this service is used their drivers either are either stealing packages when they say they attempted to deliver when someone maintains the door in building 24-7 and u rearrange your work day to be home to receive your package! someone should sue this company, 4 times/orders they failed to get my package to my place. They even picture my building but left the parcel different place not even my building. I am very sure they took the pic of my right address but keep the package with them(stealing them)

I would have rated it zero if that was an option. The driver dropped my package off in the middle of the night at some random building and random door. Intentionally not including the building number in any of their pictures. Through the pictures i found the building and door and it was two blocks away. When I called customer service they said all they could do was "open a report" and that they'd get back to me if they found anything. When I asked for a timeline they said they dont provide those or any reference number to follow up on. I sent an email and heard back 6 days later with a standard "sorry and we'll open a report". This is absolutely the worst service. DO NOT USE!

Driver was at back alley, tried to open back gate, unable to open since I always have to locked it due to theft in the area lately. Took a picture of the House number at back and the package and toss it over the fence which is 6ft, which means my package drop on that height. If my package broke it would have been a hassle to get contact customer service and get it refunded and then order a new one and hoping it will be delivered properly.. Who would suffer, ME!.. not the driver, not the delivery company, it's ME!!
by far the strightship delivery is the worst company when it comes to loosing shipments and customer service my shipment was lost and for nearly 2 month they keeo saying we;re looking into this issue someone will be in contact , same answer every time
used this service once so far, it was REALLY fast, my parcels were at the Import Customs 2 days ago, i was expecting at least another 3~4 days , but today it showed up at my door already, with email notification showing 2 photos of the delivery location.
Comparing this with another delivery service I used in the past, which took another 2 weeks to be delivered from the Import customs.
