The driver came to my address and took a picture of my house address and then the package, supposedly on my driveway, Saying it was delivered. The picture of the package of my driveway is not my driveway or anybody's in my entire neighborhood we'll have old driveways and it's a brand new driver with swirlies in it. So the driver stole my package and now straight ship is not answering my call!!????? I've called 2 times in a row waiting on hold for 30mins each time, after them saying 10mins and then got to my time and they said mail box is full and hung up on me?? I was on hold for customer service, so what mailbox are they talking about?? I got through finally this is the second time I called and reported the driver for stealing my package and the said the first report was not on my file, so they have lying stealing drivers and lying customer service people as well.
