I have been ordering from TEMU for almost a year and not once have I had any issues receiving my ordered products. Every order was received within the expected time frame but 1. It came a couple days past expected date due to a longer time getting through Customs and TEMU gave me a $5 credit toward my next order. I live in an apartment complex with 150 units and they ring my buzzer and deliver the package right to my door. I found the courier delivery person polite and well represented in a uniform identifying them as from Straightship.
Yesterday I received my package with no problems. Driver was friendly. Today I was waiting all day at home to wait for a other package and it says that they came, but couldn't be left safely. Noone came. Dogs didn't bark, camera didn't show anything. What is that about ? I was ready to write you guys a good review, but now I don't have much trust in your company.
Sat here all day waiting for my delivery received an email stating delivery was attempted but couldn't deliver. That's funny, any other time I get delivery from anywhere else, they don't have a problem making the delivery and leaving it at my door. Temu needs to change the delivery back to Uni. Never had a problem with delivery when it comes to Uni...I think will be the last time I order from Temu if they keep using this service

I, like many others, came into contact with Straightship via Temu. Previous to this company 90% of my orders came through Canada Post. Canada post used to get really confusing because tracking would tell me delivery was going to be the next day but what that actually meant was Canada post would receive it the next day. When they introduced Straightship I thought for sure it was going to be a gong show as they were brand new..... And sure enough the first package was late, I also had issues getting tracking Information. Then the next time I ordered it seemed to go smooth. I do find that Straightship is unpredictable when it comes to delivery date from shipped date. With most companys, after ordering several times, you have an idea of how long it takes, with Straightship there's no consistency. HOWEVER, I put in a very large Temu order for Christmas.... I was buying for 50 people living in a supportive housing unit and a lot of the gifts were in that order. The delivery dates were Dec 20-27....i knew I was taking a chance but honestly couldn't have afforded it otherwise so I sent it in......Straightship had it at my door by Dec 19, I was so impressed! That said, since the new year I feel like I've waited forever for packages.... And there are delays on updating tracking info 🤷 like I said, inconsistent... But I've always recieved all of my orders, and I'm super grateful. For the Christmas order l.
I was actually extremely scared after I saw everyone's reviews. I bought some things from temu, and noticed that the company handling the delivery was straightship (was always uniuni delivering my stuff) I never heard of the company so I searched it up and saw all the negative reviews. But everything was totally fine! The tracking was normal, and it even came earlier than it was supposed to.
The thing I liked about this company some one Phoned me, like DHL does, but unlike DHL, when I asked "Who is this, is this TEMU, should I come down?" There was NO REPLY, so I went down to the Lobby, but didn't see anyone there with my packaged goods. When I came back I noticed the Package, I had ordered from TEMU, was in front of the Door.
I like many others was ready to write a review based on the " return to sender failed delivery" notes on thier tracking system. However I received my package tonight for which I am very grateful. Thank you to the drivers working late on Saturday night the night before Christmas eve. I gave them 4 stars because the tracking system needs to be better. I think we are mislead by some of the verbiage they use.

It is a hard time for me to look for it in our complex. yet I could not see it.
However the package came in late night, probably by a good-hearted neighbor. As he/she did not come to claim the credit, I do not know where the package was actually delivered. There are 200 units in this area. If the package is not delivered to the right unit, chance is that it could be lost.
Besides, my unit and the one on the west are facing south, the units on the east are facing North, . Delivered personal need to have a little IQ to do the job.
