Last time I used straightship it was terrible. I came here and gave them the 1 star they earned. They just delivered a package today. I thought it was fair that I give a new review as they seem to have turned things around. I called customer service twice. They were professional and did what they said they would (complete 180 from last time.) The local delivery guy was very good and he delivered on a Saturday. I live a ways out of the city and most couriers wont deliver here. He brought it right to my door. They package got here very quickly. It came before Christmas, which I didnt expect. This is always a very busy season for Couriers but especially so this year because of the postal strike. I have no reason not to give them 5 stars.
Thanks so much for being the ONLY courier company to keep up with the demand as Canada Post is on strike. I have gotten several parcels and All my parcels have arrived early and the delivery drivers have been amazing! Things I was not expecting until after Christmas are already arriving and I am very greatful for the service! Keep up the great work straightship!
Came exactly when they said they would even though it was a snowy, blowing night. Very impressed both times they delivered. Prefer them over the post office..seems to arrive faster!
I ordered a package from Temu, and they delivered. I understand that some ppl on here had bad experiences, but I sure as hell haven't. Straightship delivered my package although it was delayed for only just a day. came here and nothing was stolen. 5 star for me.

I've not had any problems with deliveries. They keep me updated and leave parcels in a dry area in bad weather. Very polite drivers on the occasions I have been home.
After reading all the negative reviews I became very worried that I wouldn't receive my purchase from Temu, when I checked the tracking it stated "Package is received at a Straightship station (Mississauga, ON)" that was on Saturday October 2, on Sunday October 3 it stated 2024-11-03 11:47:29 Package is received at a Straightship station (Toronto, ON) then this 2024-11-03 13:45:22 Package will be delivered before 9:00pm then this 2024-11-03 22:35:39 Delivered and low and behold it was.
I felt that I needed to share my positive experience as most people don't in light of all the negative reviews.

Was really scared with all the bad comments they didn’t deliver my package on the day they first said they were going to with unsafe conditions which I’m happy about considering all the people hanging out outside of the building I live at. Yet they delivered it first thing this Monday to a different door and I can gladly say I received my package. However, when I tried to email them it states that their email is blocked from receiving emails. I could not reach them which seems is a common theme on this website. If they have a company email it has to at least be able to see our concerning emails and at least respond. Overall I can say they did deliver my package but they need to fix their ways of contacting this company. Good luck to all who have yet to receive their package I hope your experience with contacting them goes a little better than mine:)
Delivery gentleman was courteous and quiet as I work from home. I rudely waved out the blind as I was with a client and he looked so sweet and nice. Left it at the door. 10/10 guy!!

Well belive it or not they delivered stuff I ordered from Temu. After reading all the negative reviews here, I was scared. They called me for enterance in my rental building. Handed me the package with a photo. Mind you, I'm on the first floor, maybe 40-50 feet from the enterance. I got lucky the driver was good. I think it depends on the driver! For me Straightship was fine!
I do not understand all the awful reviews that I see here, I have been receiving maybe 10 times with this delivery company and there has never been any problems, they even delivered parcels from Temu on saturdays and sundays.
The pkg was delivered to the Wrong number . I'm #9 Grand Vista Cr and it was delivered to #4 Grand Vista Dr . We where home all day yesterday and went to bed shortly after 9 pm and it was not there this morning. Thanks to the lady who lives at #4 brought it to us late this afternoon . Please make sure the driver gets the right number . I'm so sorry for the mix up , Please accept my apologies.

Straightship always delivers my packages in a timely fashion and in good condition. The few times I have contacted them, they have always been proffesional and helpful. Once, during a natural disaster, my package was delayed and they helped me understand exactly what was going on with my package without being condescending at all.
Ok, so I've seen all the -ve reviews & felt obligated to chip in with my experience with Straightship. I think the reviews get skewed because people with bad experiences are far more likely to post that those with good. Anyway, I have 3 Temu orders shipped by Straightship & all have arrived on time, delivered to my door. Bonus, they deliver on weekends too.
