This company should not be in business everytime I have purchase something and this service is used their drivers either are either stealing packages when they say they attempted to deliver when someone maintains the door in building 24-7 and u rearrange your work day to be home to receive your package! They are a unreliable company and should not a business licrnse
I found Dr. Phones toolbox a very out dated with phone companies and out dated android firmware and i found it takes 72 hours to get in contact with customer service as their bot tries to upsell you on other services. I had issues with their app as I had to reinstall windows 4 times and every time I did I couldn't use the rest of my subscription witch i had . For problem's i had with the android phones their tutorials were way behind the problems I was facing the only good think about dr phone is that i had no issues with apple products
