SCAM
This was a scam. I ordered a rememberance ring to wear comemorating my son who passed 2 years ago this month in June. It was supposed to have his birthstone which was the month of August. It came with the stone of January. When I contacted customer service, they said that's what I ordered. Why would I order January? They offered no resolution and so the ring goes in the trash and I am just out the money. This is what you get when you order from Soulfeel...NOTHING!!! Buyer beware. They have answered this review and vow to make it right but that is not what their email to me said.
