PRODUCTS ARE EXEMPT FROM UK COMSUMER RIGHTS
I had an interesting chat with these folk. I was going to buy a refurbish drone from them. I ask them about their warranty. I was surprised that after 14 days you are not entitled to a replacement or cash. I quoted UK customer rights to them but the reply was the same. This also applies to brand new products as well. Anyone buying a drone from these guys are not covered by UK legislation. Not sure if you could get a refund from the credit card company. I have not looked into this
