As an Albertan in SubTo......
As an Albertan, I can confidently say that Pace Morby’s SubTo community delivers everything they promise, and far more. The educational resources are outstanding, the staff support is truly unparalleled, and the diversity within the community creates an environment where everyone feels welcome and supported. What stands out most is the willingness of members to help each other succeed. Whether you are brand new to creative finance or already experienced in real estate investing, the SubTo community provides incredible value, mentorship, and encouragement every step of the way. Pace Morby has built much more than a real estate education platform, he has built a genuine community of people committed to growth, collaboration, and helping one another achieve financial freedom. I’m extremely grateful to be part of it. And having met Pace Morby in Person, this man is the real deal. A genuine "fine individual". And as a licensed Alberta REALTOR®, I meet a lot of people. I have the receipts, check out my pic with Pace and Calgary, Alberta'a own son, real estate Rock Star Jamil Damji at my facebook: KenAtBigPictureHomes
