Their refund policy is full of holes and they find any reason not to provide a refund despite claiming "100% satisfaction guaranteed". What a joke (but not funny in the least). The software doesn't work and when you explain your problem and how long you've worked to fix it all they do is offer you a lifetime version! SCAM, avoid this product and you will gain years back on your life!
