Great Experience
It was easy to send our luggage from the ship with a representative, Walter. He was on the ship to give us paperwork and answer questions. Easy to drop off when we got off our cruise to a collection point just outside the cruise terminal in Miami, FL. Our luggage was delivered to our apartment's package room with no problems and quickly also.
