the luggage was a little late being picked up stateside and i was spoken to by a chatbot who lied and said he was 'a real person'. the luggage arrived as promised and was in our stateroom as promised. Fix the lying - i cannot abide lying!

Guarantee not honored and challenge to get delivery

Our bags were to be delivered to our hotel in Copenhagen which was open 24/7. The DHL driver could not find the entrance to the hotel, and placed our luggage on hold. Extreme difficulty contacting a live customer service rep and getting delivery which did not occur until after the due date; Now they are refusing to honor the guarantee and further changed the online delivery date to read “on time” ! We have the DHL chronology documenting delivery after the deadline. No one will respond to us at this point- total lack of customer service, engagement and integrity

Too many rules to even be practical

I was shocked that our whiskey, all of my husbands vitamins, the OTC medications, and our pillow chocolates all had to be thrown away. The letigiousness of this process was too cumbersome for us to choose this service again. It sounds good, but all of the rules, and $500 for one bag, is all too much for us personally. It was nearly a month for my bag to be returned, also, The process was incredibly slow. I have two stars instead of one because we got our bag, albeit with many fewer items than it started with.

It was very easy

It was an easy, seamless experience. Emails kept me up-to-date on exactly where my luggage was. It was delivered right on time to my cruise ship cabin. I felt like the packing list was a bit restrictive though because I had to check a carryon suitcase with all the disallowed items on your checklist (otc medicine, liquids, lotions, hairspray, shaving cream etc.).

Pay attention to the arrival date of your luggage tags

The representative at the pick up point was fabulous. Four of us used this service and we each paid a different amount so check for discounts on line. Also when you book, your luggage tags are mailed based on your pick up date not the date you leave. We each had to call to get our tags before we left otherwise they were set to arrive while we were gone. Luggage arrived home on schedule and in good condition. Now that I know the tricks re pricing and getting tags, this is a great service and I will use again.

This was the easiest thing to do

This was the easiest thing to do! I was sending a large chunk home in advance of a road trip to reduce my luggage. I ordered in advance, the bags were picked up via UPS, and dropped off just days later cross country. Ease of everything means this will be an annual event.

Just as expected

Process went smoothly and I was able to track my bag every day. I am still not sure why tracking devices are not allowed, since companies like ShipSticks allow them. Regardless, this service worked exactly as advertised and my luggage arrived in my ship cabin on the day of departure.

First time using. Initially thought this was going to be cumbersome and complicated. I WAS NOT. Easy communication, easy documentation sent to me, easy pickup (exactly what the documentation said). Delivery was exactly as stated. Will use again if needed.
