WORST EXPERIENCE. I got bad information from customer service about customs and the cost of my items. I’ve had a £250 charge for sending a few bags to the UK from USA. They blamed me, wouldn’t help at all and when DHL said they could remove the charges if the company provided an email with new invoice list they said NO. Customer service is also terrible start to finish. The customs charged as nearly the cost of sending the bags in the first place.
