The worst shipping ever. They completely broke my bag and won’t even have the decency to talk or take ownership of the damage caused. Never going with them again.
I find it easy to set up my luggage and have it shipped. I have know Oliver for many years as I have I used the luggage to ship often. Oliver had helped me understand how to prepare my labels and clearly explained every aspect of how the delivery service works. I encourage everyone to use luggage to ship as it is a well mapped out company that treat people very well. I have always been pleased with this service and Oliver stands out for wonderful customer service for all the years that I have been serviced by him.

I had another excellent customer service experience with LuggageToShip. This time, I was assisted by Alex, who was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. He helped me track my luggage, which was originally expected to arrive yesterday but is now scheduled for delivery today. Although it is still in transit, Alex provided me with the FedEx tracking number so I could monitor the shipment myself. In addition, he helped me reset my password and regain access to my account, which I had been unable to log into. He made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. After speaking with several shipping companies and encountering a few unexpected hurdles along the way, I was fortunate enough to be connected with Adam. From the very beginning, he approached the situation with professionalism, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. What initially felt like a complicated process quickly became far more manageable because of his efforts. He remained communicative throughout, followed through on every commitment he made, and consistently did exactly what he said he would do (something that is becoming increasingly rare and therefore all the more valuable) If I choose to use this company again in the future, it will be because of Adam. I’m hesitant to write this review and give only 2 stars because in the ed, we did receive our luggage but it was an absolute headache. We followed Luggage To Ship’s meticulous shipping instructions with precision to ship our suitcase from countryside France to New York via FedEx, but the French Fedex said we did not include the “customs invoice”, even though we put it in the front zip and main compartment, as per the instructions, and they “sent it back to sender”. We were only in rural France for a friend’s wedding and have zero connections to there, so this panicked us. L2S then put their head office in New York City as the “sender” and it eventually arrived there, a few days behind schedule, and quite a distance from our home, but at least it was in the same city! We went to he head office to collect the suitcase and the guy there had no knowledge of the situation and wasn’t going to let us take the suitcase, but we did (against his will) as we were so over the whole debacle and just wanted to put it behind us. So, you’ll get your luggage, eventually, and maybe not to the exact address you wanted…
