HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Most shitty company ever. Just use lugless or any other shipping service. My package has been delayed and there has been no updates about it since 4 days now. They will just blame it on fedex and take no ownership of their b*llshit service. this was just a domestic shipping from state to state. They promise to deliver it the next day only to not deliver at all. I wholeheartedly regret my decision. If you’re reading this, this is your sign to not ship with them unless you wanna never see your stuff again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UPDATE: I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE. It’s now delayed by a month. It continues to be the worst service. I had to change my address because it is late by a month now and I no longer live at my original location. One of my package was dropped off in a fedex location near the previous address which was in a diff city and I’ve spent $100 to go pick it it up. Those packages are 100lbs and had all my stuff in it. I have already had $1000s of expenses because the package had all my essentials. And the luggage to ship team seem to have the audacity to flex on the fact that they have covered $25 for the address change lol. It’s honestly laughable. Also, this is not something they offered to do. It was after I kept calling multiple times and they only denied it for a week. So yes, please avoid Luggage to ship. Go for Lugless or any other shipping service or you’ll regret it for the rest of your life.

I used Luggage to Ship to move 7 boxes of my daughter's belongings from Michigan to California after graduation. They had the best price, with no added concierge-type fee that others had. It was easy to track the boxes, and they arrived fast! We shipped on Monday afternoon, and 6 boxes arrived on Friday, and the last box on Saturday. Regular FedEx ground was twice as expensive per box (I checked). The entire process was easy, and the FedEx drop point printed the labels for me. I highly recommend using this service.

Adam Mohamed was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is incredibly professional, polite and efficient in all our communications. I wanted to send luggage to Jordan, and due to the war and the increased costs of shipping, he kept me appraised of the process and was incredibly accommodating. Additionally, I live in a tiny beach community and could not purchase the necessary plastic pouches that need to be attached to the suitcases with the shipping labels. He kindly offered to mail them for me with all the shipping handouts already filled so I just have to attach them on each suitcase. Adam went above and beyond to make this process easier and less frustrating. I have saved his contact information and will be recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you Adam! 🙏🏼
