Avoid them, bad experience (updated)
UPDATE: Tomtop has refunded full amount of order below, after the initial post via paypal. I have to admit that I was a bit reluctant on buying from tomtop, once I saw the reviews on trustpilot, but having positive experience with gearbest and banggood, I gave it a try. All good with my first 6 (smaller, below 100 USD) orders, then the big order came (AA17F22K5747-BB6DNR, for a xiaomi scooter, 439.99 USD), it's been 3 months now since my order and there is no progress on this one. I see now that what others are saying here is true - I tried to contact them hundreds of times via chat, but seems like customer service is always offline, or when I got through they say "please be patience". I have been promised now for a week for a full refund (since the product is clearly not going to arrive) but it's only a promise. I put now all my hopes in Paypal, since tomtop customer service is clearly overwhelmed/offiline/understaffed and not honest whatsoever. Bottom line: all ok, as long as you dont have to deal with any issues/complaints/customer service. It is true, about the majority of reviews here, they offer a 2USD coupon for a positive review on trustpilot, but I think they are not the first or last ones doing this.
