do not...I repeat do not touch with a ten foot badge pole.. I bought clothes from dress Lilly and was happy to be told that my order had been shipped out and I should get my items within ten days. I gave them fourteen days , you know cos things happen. I then contacted their chat to be bounced around.. have you got the order number? yes. full name? yes. where its going ? yup. your order was shipped two weeks ago. okay, so whats the delay? its in transit..no wait its in customs...no wait.. have you contacted the curier? contacts currier..paraphrased 'yeah, no your supplier hasn't shipped the product to us. we have the information on the package, two weeks ago, but no actual package. '...can you contact them? contacts dress lilly..."yeah we can't do anything until the dead line ...in another two weeks..." well can you cancel my order "deadline!" its been three weeks of this. this purchase was on a whim... never again....never again
