Complaint Repair Service cost £108.00 Very disappointed with Samsung repair service. Ice maker still not working I'm a pensioner, so these costs are not cheap! Service order reference: 4295295337 Reference number: 2143064925 Model number: RS67N8210S9/EU Serial number: 05NG4EBN800232Z On the Samsung website there's no contact details ie (email address & phone number) The unit is less than five years old. Do not samsung build quality Fridge Freezers that last anymore? My old freezer lasted 48 years from iceland. The Samsung build quality is NOT any good. When you use the chat service they try and sell a new appliance.
