I used to always trust PayPal to help, now they are absolutely useless. No buyer protection at all.
I used to always trust PayPal to help if anything went wrong with any sellers - recently Shein have been taking customers returns and not refunding them (there’s thousands of people complaining about them) and PayPal sided with shein on both of my cases. Shein now have my returns and my money and PayPal have done absolutely nothing to help. Their live chat is also now awful! It used to be fantastic and the people were so helpful and now it’s just someone that takes 10 minutes to even write a reply and then sends you the same generic template response saying they can’t help. PayPal have seriously fallen off with their buyer protection and customer service - I’ll no longer be using them, and by the looks of it a lot of people feel the same way as me!!
