Avoid these scammers
Bottom line – their business model is apparently committing fraud, and their 100% guarantee is a complete lie. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered because my experience was just like everyone else's. Ordered two hats, "Special Box Packing." Evidently, this means they stuff them, folded, into a small box together ... The hats themselves are nothing like the pictures on the website, they are extremely poor-quality one-size-fits-all junk. Contacted customer service, but they apparently do not have the merchandise they advertise - they offered me $20 to keep the hats, claiming that I couldn't get a full refund unless I sent them back at my expense because their margins are too low and they have to cover costs. I was eventually able to push them to about 50% of the original purchase. There are apparently multiple fake companies who share the same webpage design, styles, etc., all implying that they are in various countries like the US and Italy, but the company is actually in China. The partial refund came from “Yaoke Digital Technology Co.”
