I can be a tough customer but...
To say I am a stickler for one on one USA based customer service might qualify as the understatement of the decade. Having trained all levels of customer service and client relations for a multinational company for 13 years, I fully recognize when I am receiving excellent customer service…or as is so often the case these days... less then acceptable service. Canvas Annuity not only passed the test but aced it -- And in my particular case, due to a major snafu originating at my banking institution causing the double funding of the Future Fund Annuity, serviced by Canvas and issued through Puritan Life -- I feel incredibly blessed to have had Kaylon Garner as my contact in customer service. Every swing Kaylon took at figuring out and fixing a very complicated ordeal, and keeping me abreast and assured every step of the way, was a grand slam home run. I cannot recommend Canvas Annuity strong enough. Nor high enough! And that goes triple for Kaylon Garner. Many thanks Kaylon! From the heart!
