sizing of one dress I bought was way off. I’m an 18 and it fit my friend who is a 14. I contacted Yoins whose response was a very obvious method of attempting to defer me from returning it. Offering a paltry discount or suggested I could return it at my own cost to Asia. I’ve commented since on some of their social media posts about poor customer service each time being told ‘hey dear we have inboxed you to sort this out’, they haven’t. Nor have they changed their approach. Avoid!!!
