Bad support and communication
EDIT: After a few days I was contacted and given more information that my package is arriving late. I have finally received my phone so I can confirm it is NOT a scam. But communication with customer should definitely improve. Looks like it's a scam! Ordered the phone, paid for it and didn't receive anything. Got a wrong tracking number. I have contacted the support team and after a week they couldn't give me an answer what has gone wrong and where is my phone!! It's been 19 working days since my order and I was told I'll receive the phone in 8-12 days. I'm still waiting for their response but I'm writing this review since I'm being spammed to write a review of my purchase.
