Activation problem
2 countries I have bad experiences activating the services. Not very straightforward. Yesterday, I spent 1hr with help desk to sort out the activation with slow responses from the agent. I suggested to re issue the esim but refused and resulted to reissuing new sim at the end. Annoying. Patronisingly given $5 dollars for the wasted 1hr.
