To be honest this app it's stupid,if your costumer ask for your number because it's easy to contact instead via the app because many times costumers ask me to take care of their dog but I don't get the notification, I had 45 requests . So they decided to block me so I can't give any contact to anyone ,they want the costumer to book the appointment and pay then I will have the account unblocked. So far I can't talk with any costumer because of this stupid policy. I prefer then Pawshake over this app.
