Total scam
Total scam. I made and paid a hotel reservation on 26.01.2026 via Tiket.com app, received confirmation of the successful payment, but have not received any order confirmation or receipt from Tiket.com in the last eight days after the payment. I have contacted Tiket.com Customer Service several times via chat and phone, where a nice and polite service person promised to check the payment. And also asked my credit card number - scary. Be careful with Tiket.com
