I have had it with Pinky’s Paradise! 1) I loaded my prescription as asked, but they keep asking for it online. 2) They keep saying my credit won’t go through, but there is nothing wrong with my credit card! 3) I use to shop from here all the time, but now it’s like pulling teeth out!! What is going on with you guys? Just freaking terrible service!
Earlier in the week due to distance, Pinky’s Paradise were having a hard time trying to communicate with my prescription holder. I was upset because that’s not my fault, but they did finally process my order. I’m happy with my purchase .
I wrote in the email about the optometrist email situation, and stated that there is no normal email address. I gave out telephone numbers of the O.D. (Optometry Doctor), the department number, and the prescription. I do not understand what the problem is. Just call the doctor to verify my prescription. I had use to buy from this company all the time, and it was never this hard to get a few pairs of contact lenses. What happened here? I use to be able to rate 5 stars, and now I can barely rate 2.
