Never again!
I usually have a good experience, but two years ago my experience was never the same. I had contacted them about a pair of my contacts came torn and I wasn't pleased that it was torn. Customer service told me that I would get a replacement. I kept contacting them and kept being told that every lenses I had choose was apparently sold out and that it would be sent out to me as soon as it's back in stock, but here we are two years later and still no replacement. I haven't bought from them since then because of this.
