Unprofessional service and poor quality clothing
I have paid for EXPRESS shipping for my items and received all but two of the pieces of clothing on time. I am still waiting for the other package as it has NOT BEEN DISPATCHED at all. On top of the express shipping price I had to PAY AN ADDITIONAL £20 in tax as Dresslilly is not EUROPEAN based, it is in Singapore. I have had a bad experience in the recent past with this company and after giving them a second chance I honestly do not know how they are still trading. Unprofessional service and poor quality clothing.

Bad experience but got there in the end.
After spending ages navigating the different sizes which are different on every top according to the size comparison charts, I ordered and have paid for my items which came to over £100 worth. This company will not deliver my items because there is no shipping method available. HELLO I LIVE IN THE UK NOT ANTARTICA.
They were also quick enough to charge me for my items and have offered me store credit.......How can you offer store credit if you can not deliver to me.
I am now going to have to go on Amazon to order the items from a UK seller who delivers.
Since leaving this review dress lilly has refunded my order and given me $15 store credit and asked me to update on here. I have re ordered my items and they have now dispatched them. I'm leaving the original post on here as I do get the feeling I would have got nowhere with them if I had not posted on this web page.
