Extremely late delivery after promises of fast shipping
I ordered a pair of persol sunglasses that were marked as fast shipping (little airplane picture next to the product) after checking with their online chat on delivery deadlines. It is a present and I was very concerned about getting it on time. I was informed that fast shipping items shipped within two days. After ordering, I checked with the online chat again and was told again that the item would ship in two days. After two days my order had not yet been shipped and this time online chat said estimate delivery date is 10 DAYS after expected. My present is ruined and this seller is untrustworthy. UPDATE - I have cancelled my order after receiving an email without any information on the final date of delivery. Avoid this company, it is not trustworthy (they gave me fake information on the delivery date twice).
