Absolutely horrendous support
Absolutely horrendous support. They will be relatively helpful and nice before they pick up your things, but once they have them - it’s absolute trash. 1. I ordered delivery and indicated that my building only gives me 3 hour slot and I booked it from 9 to 12. Since no one reached out to confirm, I messaged their support chat - who said that they are going to ‘add a note’ and operations team will be in touch. No one was in touch so I messaged them again after a day and this person said that… they’ll ‘add a note’ to my request and I’ll get confirmation the day before. The day before I got a message saying that my delivery window is 12 to 3. Some extra research gave me their phone number where again I was told ‘they’ll see what they can do’. I’m 100% sure they’ll try to charge me rescheduling fee.. 2. They never discarded some bulky items that I have indicated for removal and instead added them to my storage + duplicated at least one item. When I asked them to remove these items and make sure I wasn’t charged for extra storage… they said I’ll need to order a removal service and pay again 3. They bundled several items together so now I can’t order my lamp without ordering my bed too… or I can pay for additional service, yes 😂 Insanity
