Deflated balloons, poor customization, and shockingly bad customer service
Ordered customised balloons for a late-evening delivery (BD surprise early next morning), only to wake up and find half of the balloons deflated on the floor. For a company selling celebration setups, that alone is bad enough — but unfortunately, it wasn’t the only issue. Multiple balloons had my husband’s name spelled incorrectly, & custom stickers were badly attached / peeling. What made the experience even worse was the response from customer service. Leo was completely unapologetic, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful. His response was: the balloons “normally last 8 hours” -which, for everyone’s info, is not stated anywhere on their website. This was meant to be a special birthday moment, and instead it was major let down. If you’re ordering for anything important for your special moment, I would strongly think twice.
