DON'T TRUST THIS WEBSITE!
I am very frustrated with this company. To start out, I have ordered from Pinky Paradise in the past, and have had no issues until now. I have been back and fourth with customer service because my prescription was denied, which wasn't really an issue. BUT I I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND. All my responses that I have received have been asking me if I want to cancel my order, and have not addressed the issue. They keep ignoring the issue, which is my refund, and will not address it. If you can't complete my order due to prescription issues, why would I have to tell you to cancel my order; It should have been cancelled right away, and a refund should have been issued back to me. I was told that if I didn't respond in two business days then my order would be cancelled, and that I would get a refund... Waited more than 2 business days, and NO REFUND. I'm giving it a couple more days, as it's the weekend, before I report this as fraud.
