I ordered a drone Vizuo xs809 (Order number .AN17I04Q2606-5XSQHV) and received it within a few weeks. It had one defective prop guard that could not be used. These drones do not fly well with unbalanced prop guards,so I have not been able to fly it. I contacted Tomtop support by email and sent 2 digital pics explaining the situation. No response for 3or 4 days.My 2nd email finally brought a reply saying " MAKE A VIDEO OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AND UPLOAD TO YOUTUBE". I don't know how to upload a vid to utube and WHY should I. Very disappointed with the service from Tomtop
